Hi! I’m Meagan Davies
After spending most of my career as a lawyer, I learned most types of legal matters result in a “successful” and “unsuccessful” party. And, often, neither of them are happy. This result didn’t sit right with me. I like looking after people. This is why I chose to focus on property conveyancing.
I’m inspired by helping people who are forging their own path in the world. I want to be part of your journey.
Speaking to a conveyancing lawyer doesn’t have to be scary, impersonal, or unaffordable. I offer practical solutions and options throughout the process as well as when things get tough. I make a point of having happy, confident clients.
I’m not your average, legal-speak lawyer. I’m approachable and responsive. I talk like you. I have two beautiful young children, husband and 2 dogs. And my clients are at the centre of everything I do.

Altitude Conveyancing is a new type of conveyancing firm that operates with you in mind and on a fixed-fee basis. I’m on a mission to make your move simple, by giving you quality, conveyancing legal services that won’t break the bank.
The idea for Altitude Conveyancing started bubbling as an idea when I was working as a lawyer in traditional corporate firms. I was servicing established clients that could afford to pay the high fees but weren’t getting a personalised service. I knew I could offer more. Personalised legal services for something I’m passionate about – buying and selling property.
After living on a cattle station in the Queensland Gulf and Chinchilla for three years, and working at the local law firm, we (hubby and I) decided it was time to move back home to the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
It was then that Altitude Conveyancing was born.
