Do you want the service of a lawyer without the high fee and impersonal approach? I know I would.

Everything I do is fixed-fee, so you know exactly what the cost will be for my services from the get-go. As part of our fees, I’ll guide you through the buying process from start to finish. I can help negotiate on timeframes and conditions that protect you. We will also flag any issues you might not have considered.

We thrive on transparency and sometimes council search costs can vary depending on where the property is located and whether you want any optional searches. This may incur additional fees, but we will always keep you informed.
