Fees & Pricing
With every transaction there will be professional fees for Altitude which are fixed fee. On top of our fees are disbursements and searches. The below is a guide only as disbursements can change for every transaction and depend on the location of the property (ie the cost of a Council rates search will depend on the particular Council for the area that the property is being purchased in).
With a purchase there are searches that we conduct as standard practice but then also searches that are optional to a Buyer.

There is no “standard” Contract for off-the-plan and the conditions incorporated by the Developer’s solicitor can vary greatly. The Contracts are usually extensive and require a detailed review by our office.

Titles Queensland has now mandated all settlements occur using an electronic settlement platform. Pexa is the platform that is used by the overwhelming majority of solicitors and banks. Pexa’s fee is currently $132.66 (1 title) or $151.80 (multiple titles)
